Real Estate is affordable for all types of buyers. There are single family homes on small lots and large. There are patio homes either for resale or you can have one built. Single family homes start around $200,000 up to $600,000 depending on whether you are on a small lot or on the course or not.
Lots are still very much available and start at $34,500 and can go up to the $120's for the prime spots.
Take a drive through the community by watching the video. You should be able to get a fairly good idea of the type of homes that have been built.
As well as playing golf there are other amenities available. There are tennis courts, there is a large clubhouse of around 25,000 sq ft which includes a fitness center. The entire second story of the clubhouse is for members only and can be rented out for functions, such as weddings and parties.
Member ships to the clubhouse which includes access to all the member areas is $125 per month. Golf memberships are extra and are optional.
What used to be the first clubhouse before they built the one they have today, is now a very nice restaurant called Creekside Well worth checking out.
Cobble Creek has about 300 homes currently, there are still plenty of lots for sale and more land on the 530 acres for future expansion.
Located just a 5 minute drive to all the main shops in Montrose such as Target, JC Penney, Sports Authority and the grocery stores.
